A full evening of volleyball tonight vs Sacred Heart. JH A wins in 2 sets, JH B split 2 sets. JV started off well but fell short and Varsity looked good and had lots of fans cheering loud but couldn't quite get the victory. Great job tonight by all Smithton athletes! #R6Pride
The High School Soccer games scheduled to be played in Stover tonight have been cancelled due to poor field conditions. Games will move to tomorrow at the same times. Smithton will play Stover @ 5:00 on Thursday. Championship games are still scheduled for Friday.

Junior High and High School Volleyball host Sacred Heart tonight starting at 5:30. JH A team will start in the old gym, followed by B team. JV will start in the new gym followed by the Varsity. Come support the teams as they take on another conference opponent. GO TIGERS!
Smithton Soccer plays their 2nd game of the Conference Tournament tonight in Stover at 5:00. The Tigers will play Stover for the chance to advance to the Championship game Friday night. Come support the team.

Smithton's Got Talent Costume Contest
Cross Country traveled to Grain Valley Saturday. Gabe got 1st in the small school division, Sam got 13th in JV, Riley took 1st and Murray got 11th in the HS girls competition!! Coby, Will and Eli also all medaled for the JH. #BryanBeast did it again and beat her course time from last year so she continues to hold the course record for all HS girls. #R6Pride
Our JV played hard on their full day of volleyball at the Green Ridge tournament! Congratulations to them for finishing 4th out of 8 teams!

Congrats to the recipients of the JH PBIS and Character awards. One award for each of 4 PBIS elements of being responsible, respectful, a learner and safe. The character trait was equality. Two students were selected by staff and two by peers. Congratulations to all! #R6Pride
