Great fun was had at the monthly assembly for Smithton Elementary. Everyone got in on the action with pumpkin bowling!
Smithton is excited to host the District Soccer tournament next week. Attached is the bracket. Smithton will first play on Tuesday @ 5:30 against the winner of Mondays game. Admission will be $5 for anyone over 6. No passes accepted as this is a MSHSAA event.

Dinner theatre tickets for the fall play are on sale! Dinner theatre is Saturday, November 6 at 6 pm. Tickets are $10! There will only be 100 tickets sold for dinner theatre! To order tickets you can call the high school office or email Mrs. Gerke.

Big thanks to the High School Student Council for hosting the haunted hallway and Halloween Dance for students in grades 5-8 on Saturday night! Hope everyone had a great time!!
Junior High Cross Country competed at the Lucas Oil Speedway in Wheatland today at the state meet. The boys team took 4th overall and 1st among Class 1 schools. Great job and thanks for a great season!

Great job by Smithton cross country today in Fatima. It is a tough course and we had tough conditions. Congratulations to the four medalists. Next stop is districts in Linn next Saturday.
