March 17-28, the Smithton Archery Team competed at the NASP State Archery tournament in Branson. Twenty-Six archers from 7th-12th grade were able to attend. The High School Team ended in 10th place for 3D and 14th place for bullseye. With our team score at state we were able to qualify for Nationals that will be held in Salt Lake City, Utah this year. This gives our team something to look forward to attending next year. Many of our archers were able to get their personal best score at state. We were also able to do some other team building events and activities while in Branson.
