When would these projects be completed?
There are so many limitations in the industries associated with many of the projects, that project timelines at this point would be difficult to offer. However, the total timeline for completion would be 18 to 24 months.

The bond itself is set to draw interest at 4% and 5%. The revenues generated are based on a 1.5% growth in AV (which is very conservative). Even with that 1.5% growth rate the revenues generated would allow the district to make prepayments and refinance the loan creating the potential for a much shorter repayment period. The team at L.J. Hart & Company have been hired by the district to negotiate the most affordable options for the district at the lowest cost to taxpayers. The company has been working with school districts and county municipalities since 1992 and retains several hundred Missouri
school district clients.
