The Smithton high school athletic banquet is tomorrow night starting at 6:00 in the elementary gym. The booster club will be providing a meal, then our coaches will acknowledge the accomplishments of our student athletes.

Girls Soccer SENIOR NIGHT is tonight at Suzie Ditzfield field in Sedalia. The Lady Tigers take on Sacred Heart @ 5:00 pm. Both schools will celebrate their seniors tonight. Come support the girls and thank our seniors for their leadership in our inaugural season.

Congratulations to all the talented JH and HS music students last night and thank you to all of the fans who came out in support. Great concerts and displays of art. Families, don’t forget the fine arts banquet tonight to continue the celebration of talent.
Smithton community, if you are planning on going to Track Sectionals this Saturday in Monroe City you must purchase your tickets online. You go to MSHSAA.org and click on the blue ticket, then select Track, then Class 2, then Monroe City.

A Big Congratulations goes out to Maggie Meyer and her family as she signed her letter of intent to play Volleyball at Missouri Valley College today. We thank Maggie for being such a great representative of Smithton through the years. MVC got a good one today!

Varsity baseball loses a close game in Concordia tonight. Senior D. Shull hit 2 home runs in the effort.
Smithton softball had their season come to and end today with their loss in districts. The girls played with class all season and should hold their heads high. Thank you to our two seniors Audree and Maggie for your hard work and leadership over the years
