Smithton Volleyball hosts Windsor tonight with matches starting at 5:30 pm. The Junior High A and B teams will play in the old gym. The Junior Varsity and Varsity will play in the new gym. The matches in both gyms will start at 5:30. Come support the teams. GO TIGERS!

Smithton JH and HS Cross Country teams travel to Grain Valley tomorrow (Saturday) for a meet. First race will begin at 9:00 am. Come support the runners.

Smithton Junior High Volleyball travels to Sedalia tonight to take on Smith-Cotton Junior High for two volleyball matches. JH B will play first at 5:30 followed by JH A. Come support the girls.

Smithton High School soccer travels to Knob Noster for matches tonight starting at 5:00 pm. Varsity will play first then Junior Varsity will play 30 minutes following the first match. Come support the teams as they look to continue their winning ways.

The make up cross country meet scheduled for tomorrow at Sherwood has been cancelled due to lack of participants. The meet this Saturday will be for Junior High and High School.

So proud of these fourth graders. We've been working on precision in the STEAM lab this week. One girl was struggling to build the spiral precisely. So she teamed up with a friend and decided to make a stack of "parts" that her partner then layered on top to make the spiral. What an excellent example of teamwork! #praisetheprocess
