The Junior High Soccer Tournament games scheduled for tonight in Smithton have been moved to Monday due to unplayable field conditions. The Times will remain the same, 3rd place game @ 5:00 and Championship game @ 6:30. Enjoy your weekend.

Halloween at Smithton Elementary means time for a parade! It may be cold outside but it is warm inside. Thanks to all the parent volunteers for the help at our parties!
It's Halloween in the STEAM lab! First graders made costumes for our robots and then coded them to go from house to house trick-or-treating. They recorded what each robot received at each house.
Third graders in STEAM are working hard to make an activity mat for our robot mice. Each mat contains events from a story. The students are writing the code to program the robots to move through the events in the order of the story. They are doing a great job!
Thank you Central Bank for "loaning" us Erica for an hour to help teach the students of personal finance. Thanks for making it relevant and "interest"ing. Your presentation can "account" for their engagement. If they start to have "withdraw"s you may have to come back! #R6Pride

The 3rd place game will start at 5:00 pm, with the Championship game featuring your Smithton Tigers starting at 6:30 pm. Come support the team.

The Junior High soccer tournament in Smithton tonight has pushed up the game times 1 hour in an effort to beat the weather. Sacred Heart and Cole Camp will now play at 4:00 pm. Smithton and Stover are at 5:30 pm.

Smithton Cross Country hosts their 2nd Pumpkin Run Meet tomorrow (Saturday) starting at 9:00 am. Come support the teams as the JH finish their year and the HS prepare for their District meet next Saturday. Open Elementary race afterwards for anyone interested.

Junior High basketball open gym will be Sunday (10-27-19) from 5:00 to 6:45 pm. This is for any boys or girls interested in playing basketball this year. If you are on the fence and don't know for sure you are still more than welcome to come and have fun.
