Students, we will be performing a Chromebook health check this Wednesday during advisory. This means you need to bring both your CB and charger to advisory on Wed. and your advisory teacher will check it's condition. If there are damages or your charger is missing, your account will be charged on May 2nd.

Both Zoey Thierfelder and Carson Meyer earned Outstanding (2) on their vocal soloes today at Conference Contest in Cole Camp. Way to go guys!! #R6Pride

The band had a spectacular day in Cole Camp demonstrating their Smithton Pride. The band earned an Exemplary(1) which is the highest rating. Also earning an exemplary were:
Courtney Bohlen: clarinet solo
Lillian May: clarinet solo
Murray Page: violin solo
Mariska Miller: flute solo
Percussion trio: Audree Ross, Murray Page, and Ryleah Kennebeck
Earning an Outstanding was Anna Kringle.

The archery team went to Skyline on Saturday and the High School team brought home the 1st place bullseye and 3D trophies. The following made it into the top 10 in their respective divisions:
In 3D we had:
1st place - Aden Criner with a score of 291/300, Cassidy Huddlesten, Leah Lemens and Laton Criner
2nd place - Buzz Harris
4th Place - Jaydon Keller and Katie Staus
5th place - Collin May

In Bullseye we had:

No plans for supper tonight? Then you are in luck. Come on out for the FFA fish fry in the cafeteria. We are hosting the district basketball tournament so parking will be limited but the bus doors will be open for fish fry customers only.


The Class 2 District 8 Girls Basketball Championship game scheduled to be played at Smithton on Friday night has been moved to Saturday at 4:30 pm due to the uncertainty of road conditions. The boys Championship game will remain at 6:00 pm.
