The FBLA parent meeting for State qualifiers scheduled for tonight has been cancelled.
On Saturday, at Battle High School, Show Choir had their last show of the season! They ended up second. Great work!




Great job by our 7-12 drama productions group for an entertaining performance this evening. Catch the second act Saturday at 6:00 pm.

The Smithton concert band students had a great day at Kaysinger conference music contest. The band earned an Outstanding rating as did Anna Kringle on her trumpet solo and Murray Page on her violin solo. Lillian May earned an Exemplary (the highest rating) on her clarinet solo.

What a fun filled evening hosted by our PTO!! A big thank you to everyone involved for such a successful event!!




We hope to see you all this evening at our PTO spaghetti dinner and silent auction!! Also, our book fair is open until 8:00!!!


The Rural Student Success office at Missouri Valley College invited our students to Professional Development Day. They participated in workshops such as scholarship writing, interview and resume skills, the A+ scholarship and how to choose a major. It was a fun day of learning!




JUST ADDED! In addition to the PTO Bingo Night, the book fair will be open on Friday, March 3rd from 5:30-8 in the school library.

This Thursday there will be a few parent meetings for spring sports. Girls soccer will start at 5:15, Track and Baseball will be at 5:30. Come out and meet the coaches if you can make time.
