Pink Week: October 14th through October 22nd

Tuesday: Pink Out - Wear you Pink Clothes

Pink Night is Tuesday, October 22nd. Volleyball and Soccer play Green Ridges. Please join us to celebrate Cancer awareness. 


Congratulations to the Drum line and the Color Guard for winning 1st at the Festival of Champions in Warrensburg last weekend. 

Cross Country: Our HS Boys, HS Girls and JH Boys teams took 1st place at the Kaysinger Conference meet.. 

Kalea Weber performed in the Youth Invitational Rodeo at the American Royal. Only select riders are chosen based on GPA, Community Service and Rodeo Achievements. Kaylea won her performance event in the Senior division for Barrel Racing.

Freshmen, Allie Meyer and Chris Cooke joined 170 other students to perform in the West Central District 9th and 10th Grade Honor Choir at Oak Grove High School.

Do you have a talent? Do you sing, dance, lip sync, do magic, tell jokes, act, spin a flag, twirl a baton, tumble, or something else awesome? Share your talent with the world, or at least Smithton at TEMPO's Smithton's Got Talent on November 16. Auditions are 3:15 November 8 in the band room. If you are interested, please get a form from Mrs. Greene or Mr. Bergthold.

Do you like a great show? Do you like great food? Please attend Smithon's Got Talent on Saturday, November 16. A delicious dessert bonanza will be served beginning at 6:30. Dessert costs $5.00 and for that low price you choose two desserts from pies, cakes, cookies, bread pudding, and much more. Where else can you dessert for that price? The show begins at 7:00 and admittance is $2.00. Kids under 5 are free. Please join us. All proceeds go to support the music department.
